• 6:00 PM: Untraveled with Ted Genoways

• 7:00 PM: Cultural Center tour

• 7:30 PM: Cuervo Tradicional tasting and dinner

 

Day 2: The Culture of Cultivation & Legacy of Production

• Transfer to Tequila Sunrise

• Sunrise: Tequila Sunrise in the Los Altos agave fields with Cristobal Casillas

  • Agave agriculture demonstration (soils, bugs), jimador harvesting demonstration, and plant your own agave at Campos de Agave Buenos Aires​

  • Visit composting fields

• 11:30 AM: Taco buffet lunch

• 1:00 PM: La RojeñaI & La RojeñaII tour with Alex Coronado

• 5:00 PM: Private cask tasting with Alex Coronado at La Cava

• 6:30 PM: Mariachi escort to dinner

• 7:00 PM: RDLF tasting (non-pairing) dinner with Distiller, Alex Coronado

Day 3: The Future of Tequila

• 10:30 AM: 1800 Hard Hat Tour

• 12:00 PM: Shuttle to GDL and/or stay the night in Tequila
